This punching bag is fantastic. It’s fun when you get in a rhythm and it just keeps coming back for more. Perfect for angsty teens and squirrely tweens. And their mom! Well made, easy to put together. Holding up nicely.
Portable, easy to assemble, comes with gloves and hand air pump with stem. Takes very little space. Base can be filled with water or sand. I would recommend filling it with sand if it's being used inside the house.
I am happy with this product. It is holding up well. Easy to put together and adjust, but most of all.. it is helping my 8 year old son with ADHD get out some energy, relieve anger in a healthy way and even get in a work out! I put it in his [messy!] room and it doesn't take too much space at all. I would just say have 2 or 3 ft clear of furniture all the way around it when using.
