Easy install. Works well extending the hose. When retracting the hose, you need to help guide it on the spool keeping it in the center of the spool. Otherwise , it will bunch up on the side and stop. Hose tends to kink when extended (5/8” hose) and cut off water.

MAKES LIFE EASIER IF USING LONG HOSES! Storing the hose is so much easier than manually pulling long heavy hoses. My wife liked so much that I bought 2. Don’t but Giraffe brand. This is so much better than my experience with Giraffe.

Very disappointing product
Save your money and spend it elsewhere. Purchased this with high hopes of ease of use and was severely let down. Lasted about 3 uses before there was no point in trying to ever wid this hoe up again,

Bought this to water horses in there stall works great much better then dragging the hose all the way down then have to coil it back up saves a lot of time and takes up no space very easy to install and a wonderful price

Awesome product for a great price. I got two of the 65’ers for my home. They get a little tight when pulled all the way out but that’s to be expected because of the recoil mechanism. Easy and level retraction. LOVE THEM!!
