I waited too long to buy this - very handy to use hose and then reel back in. Unit swivels to front or back yard and the reel is powerful.

I do love it, it did come really fast I would give it a five star but when I’m winding it back up, it seems to get tangled and I always have to pull out a little bit that got stuck and rewind it to get it to be straight.

I bought two of these hose reels, expecting them to match the advertised size, but what I received is completely misleading and false advertising at its finest. The "5/8-inch" hose has an actual inner diameter of only .465 inches—far smaller than claimed. The "1/2-inch" hose is even worse, measuring just .340 inches inside. These are not industry-standard sizes, and the restriction on water flow is significant. If you’re expecting full water pressure, forget about it—this thing will choke your flow down to a trickle. For a product designed to handle water, size matters, and this company clearly doesn’t care about accuracy in their listings. If you need real performance and proper hose dimensions, look elsewhere. This was a complete waste of money, and I’ll be returning them immediately.

That’s a huge restriction on water flow, completely defeating the purpose of choosing a larger size. And the "1/2-inch" hose? Even worse—it measures a pathetic .340 inches inside. That’s not a half-inch hose. That’s not even close! This is blatant false advertising and a complete failure in quality control. If you’re expecting proper hose sizing for actual water flow, you will be sorely disappointed. These hoses choke the water down to a trickle instead of delivering what was promised. This product is a scam and an absolute waste of money—I’ll be returning both immediately. Buyer beware!

Liked it so much I put one on all corners of my house. That way I don't have to drag a hose all aroud the yard just to water or wash my truck. When watering plants it's easy to let go and it rolls up on its on.

This is the biggest POS i have ever bought. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. If you have any issues they will not help you in anyway. Joke on customer service joke on quality joke in support.

This is I great product. It was the least expensive retractable house reel in the market. The only problem I have with it it’s that sometimes retracting the hose can be a pain as it gets stuck.
