Makes keeping the hose out of the yard much easier. Works consistently and well. Will be replacing with this product as existing hoses fail.

I use to dread lugging the garden hose around the yard and putting it away. This hose system put an end to that. I found the mounting instillation to be very straight forward. There was no set up for the retractable hose because it’s ready to go straight out of the box. I’ve had it for about a month and it’s been flawless. The attachments work well and I would say the overall quality is very good and at an affordable price.

This is a great product. I purchased two of them. One near the front and one near the rear of the house.

This hose and reel is a great product. This has provided me with the ease of watering my lemon tree, blueberry bushes and blackberry bushes. Having to use the hose 20 -25 feet from water source - this has made it so much easier on me because I don’t have to undo hose from water hose stand (unwinding and hauling it). I just pull hose with me as I walk to area that needs to be watered. When finish I tug on hose and it is wound up without any effort from me. 100% satisfied

I bought the 100' x 1/2" version for the back yard. I liked it well enough to get one for the front. Easy to mount, works like it is supposed to and saves a lot of time rolling up the hose. The one issue I have with it is the general nozzle has a quick detach, but the 9 spray nozzle does not. I screwed the 9 nozzle on hand tight and now it will not come off. The treads are recessed in and so you can't get a tool on them. The hose portion just spins and the nozzle will not come off. I will likely have to cut the end of the hose off and add a new attachment to the end.

I have 2 retractable hose reels. It has been two years and they are working (retracting) fine. The only complaint I have is the dripping nozzle. Had to replace one nozzle. However, on both reels, I had to reinforce the hose couplings where the nozzle attaches to the hose. I really dislike a dripping hose and/or nozzle. However, I dislike manually rolling up a hose more!

Durable! Retracts beautifully. Not too heavy. No tangling. Reach is awesome. Looks cool

This is a great hose reel. It extends out 130 feet and with the 1/2” hose the line is lighter and easier to manager for my wife. The auto retraction feature works great. Highly recommend this product.

It is easy to install. So far, for the prices, it’s working as it should . I really like the retractable feature.
