Collection container doesn't fit close enough.

Collection container doesn't fit close enough to the Distiller to prevent water loss. The cap could be made to fix this problem, The Distiller will still operate without the top section plugged in. Results in complete loss of water.

At my daughter's request I purchased this unit as a Christmas present. It was easy for her to assemble and to use. She has made multiple gallons of distilled water and is very pleased with her gift.

The unit is great, works fine. However, it ships with a glass pitcher that doesn't actually fit--the spigot on the distiller doesn't reach the opening on the pitcher, because the body of the distiller is a bit conical and pushes the pitcher too far away. I purchased a little funnel that does the job, but it seemed like an odd thing to get wrong. Still, I would buy it again.

Bought your machine because I didn't like reviews on amazon on a distiller I bought from them. The Vevor distiller is easy to operate and cleans up nicely. Once a week I add enough white vinegar in pot to cover bottom and let sit for 15 minutes then I add water to fill line and let pot boil for a few miniutes without top on. Looks like new. The green water in the bottom of the pot after distillation proves this machine is working well.

So far so good, but this is my 3rd from this company so waiting to see what happens. This purchase is an improvement from the previous as it has the on/button which I like plus the nozzle to replace the filters has been upgraded. I know these normally last for about 6mths to a year so let's see. Overall I really do enjoy making my own drinking water from these machines.
