It is very easy to get the wax out, just turn the spout on and fill your container

This item is easy and convenient .I can make small batches or larger ones My reason for the 4 stars is for the cord I think it should be made with function in mind. The bulk should be directed towards the back of the machine , with the current direction the entire machine has to be put away after every use. Otherwise it's a good item and heats quickly. The markings on the temp dial aren't easy to guage.

It works as it should. It has something wrapped around the outside of it to keep you from burning yourself. Which is great. The only thing I would change on it is for it to have a bigger spout.

This thing is super easy to use, simplistic but far from basic. My fiance is starting a candle business and loves it..you can melt tons of wax at once and the spout ensures an even pour every single time
