Cut like butter a nice clean hole in my concrete. Bolted to concrete using 2 concrete bolts and used a pump sprayer to cool it. Good size for diy radon removal project.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this product at the price point that it was sold at. I wasn’t expecting much, as the price of this product was what I would have paid to rent one for the day. This product exceeded my expectations and I’m sure it will drill many holes for me. I bought it for the expectation of maybe being able to use it two or three times and seeing how the cost to rent one for less than a day was the same as it was to buy it I figured I would give it a try. I do not drill many masonry holes, but I’m sure this will last me for years and meet my needs for when I need to drill masonry holes. The only short fall I found with it was the base was a bit narrower than it needed to be and was somewhat to keep it in the correct place anchored to the wall. But with that being said, it was a hollow block wall and I could not get an anchor in it as good as I would have liked so that did not help the situation very much. I would definitely recommend it for occasional use.

Drilled through cinder block, brick, and solid concrete without missing a beat! The motor had plenty of power, the bit shows little wear after 3 holes, everything worked just as it should.

Worked as good as my Hilti drill, maybe better

Used this yesterday to core two 11.5\" retaining walls. Solid as a rock and the motor run very smoothly. I bought it because I needed to core a 7\" hole and my Hilti DD130 will not core larger than 6\". It's not as comfortable to use as the Hilti but it ran smooth and didn't bind. Best $300 I've spent in a long time. I thought it had died on the first hole but I had been pushing it hard and it tripped the reset on the side opposite of the switch. Slowed down a little (I'm impatient) and it worked great. I would recommend spraying some WD-40 on the post before use. It moved smoothly on the first hole but for the second there was some resistance to move on the post. After a little oil it was smooth again. For the price I expected it to be flimsy but it was more solid than the Hilti.

Paid for itself the first job

This thing is built well. I have used it on 5 jobs now. The first was a horizontal drill. Holding any drill is tough when you are going through 8-10 inches on concrete. Words of advice: Get 4x1/2 inch tap construction to secure the drill to the concrete Don't drill your tap con within 1 inch of another hole or ledge. Don't use the tap con for more than 3 or 4 re-placements With longer bits to get them started bump the power on and off to get a secure ridge started. Always use plenty of water
