The instructions and web support that come with the probe and are on the web are quite adequate. The probe was easy to pair with my phone and once that was done things were ready to move on. I put the probe in a large joint of pork, used the app to get the end result I wanted and a couple of hours or so later I finished up with a perfectly cooked pork joint. The app is very easy to use. Totally satisfied.

These probes take so much of the stress out of smoking! It is really a treat to have an idea about when your meat will be ready. We tend to get fresh turkeys now, so this will really come in handy for Thanksgiving also. LOVE that I can monitor various pieces at the same time!
