Very heavy duty product ! Well made ! The only complaint I have is this company needs to package there product a little better ! I order two of this and on both of them the top handle was scuffed up . They put them in a bubble bag , but they didn’t tape the end up ! So in shipping the handles came part way out of bubble bag and got scuffed on the side of the handles. Plus on one of them the bag that had all the bolts in it came open and was all over the place . Was able to touch up without to much trouble .Other than that well pleased ! I hope this company will correct this problem ! Because they have a very good product !

I have a step-down from my porch to my deck and this is perfect to hold on to as I step down to give me the support I need in case I stumbled. I love it. I would recommend this for anyone but especially if you are older.

Easy to assemble.

The 4' piece is fine for a step, but the 2' one is not.We ended putting it on straight part.It works, but not as expected.

I broke my leg and I needed this to safely go into my garage. It is perfect.

You can almost forget about the instructions, three pictures of a different Stair Railing on a sheet of paper. Don't get me wrong you can have an easy install if you've done similar items before. All in all it was what was needed to take of the job.

The rail is great. Sturdy and easy to assemble crossbars and handrail to posts. I did have problems- the masonry bit was to small for the supplied anchors. I bought 8 new anchors that were 3/8” by 1 1/2"- safely for family is important.

I installed in my 82 year old neighbors entry from her garage to house and she thrilled with the results. Thank you, Leroy

The hand rail is exactly what I needed. Looks great and is sturdy.
