Handrail crooked
The other handrail just had faulty hardware but the railing was straight. This one, though, is crooked at the twisted ends. I don't have a way to fix this, other than do some welding. A bummer, but from the reviews it looks like returning products to Vevor is a huge pain so...I'm just leaving it as-is.

Poor quality control
Plastic hardware and screw was faulty and didn't catch the thread so fell right out. I used JB Weld to correct it so it would stay attached to the post.

I filed a complaint and they sent a new part that I had to install. Took three weeks to get the part. The I needed special tool to install.

Solid product, good price, fast shipping. I needed to replace the included hardware to get a solid attachment to my deck, and the included 10mm masonry bit didn't fit my chucks so I had to improvise. Otherwise an easy installation.

Handrail 1-3 steps
Great quality, very sturdy. Compared to what was at Menards and other places a better value for the money. Price point did not drive the decison, quality did. I saw something similar at a friend's house and got a set of these for my re-do of my front porch.

hand railing bolted to concrete
I used this railing on sloped concrete and it is working great! Pick an end and try a dry run for the location and the direction of hand-railing before drilling holes. The railing is sturdy with a smooth grip. Easy to set up.
