Several speeds, seems to shake everything up a bit, which is what I wanted it for....haven't used the remote or bluetooth, but the options are available.

I bought this item to assist in treatment of my lymphedema - to keep my lymph fluid moving. It works absolutely great for that, and it's super-quiet to boot. As for the features, I can't figure out how to use any of them, because there were no instructions included, and the automated voice that comes on when you power up the machine is completely unintellible. Never have used the music player function, nor tried to figure it out. No idea why you would want it. If, like me, you just want a 10-minute full-body shake a couple of times a day, you can't beat this for the price.

We have a Med spa/ Postop Clinic and we try to make sure all our clients use time wonderful device either before or after their treatments to ensure proper Lymphatic drainage & get quicker results. Love the size, because it works the same as our Full Size device without taking up So much space! And You truly only need 10 mins per session.

My daughter & son in law got me this for Christmas because I'd mentioned wanting one, I've only had it one day but the ten minute program was a full body workout. So far I love it!
