Package was intact and really packed well. The software setup was extremely easy, it came with both a flash drive and a CD. I highly recommend this to anybody wanting to start out making vinyl stickers.

Awesome plotter
Awesome plotter..the software it comes with is easy to use especially if you want to do multiple layers of htv .it’s 14” but you can only cut 9.4” in width after that you won’t get an accurate cut .but you can rotate the design.
