I love this machine! It is somewhat complicated to learn, wish it had Bluetooth or wireless capabilities

I had some issues when I first got it but customer service took good care of me.

Quality vinyl cutter, manual settings allow for perfect cut once you set your desired parameters.

This machine so far seems good I haven't used it yet. I just completed the set up part. Instruction sheet is not as clear but the video is very helpful. The screws were extremely hard to do. I can't wait to start creating. Also my laptop doesn't have a cd slot but you are able to install with the serial number inside cd case.
