Using for barbell workouts. I haven’t dropped all out from overhead, so I’m not sure how much bounce it allows, but when guiding the bar down, it does fine. Very versatile- Sturdy enough for step ups, I’ve rigged it up to do ghd-like movements with my feet held down by the bar or dbs, can also use for height if needed to reach the pullup bar. I do not recommend leaving your weight overnight on top of these though. It left an imprint in mine, which I’m not sure will go away.
