It sure makes it safer going up and down the front steps and looks nice.

Order arrived on time but rail does not work for 8 1/2 inch height steps. The last 2 support bars are short. Emailed support for instructions to return but was offered $20 refund to keep it. Rejected the offer and still waiting for a response after 48 hours . Called but no answer but a machine with message full.

Loved it!! Easy to install but it would be great if it came with drill bit to make wholes.

The handrail is built solid, and looks amazing! GREAT product I highly recommend.

These are beautiful, sturdy, well made railings. They will last a very long time. Packaging arrived a little damaged, but all parts were intact. My one set of steps are awkward and we had no trouble cutting and rewelding the base on them. Highly recommend them

Completely agree with previous reviews - solid construction but paint job is a little shabby but as its being used on the entry from the garage it isn't too visible. Could have used better installation instructions especially as it comes to the concrete bolts. I think I used a 3/8 bit on a hammer drill. Once the bolts were installed as well as using 2.1/2 wood screws for the wood step it secured very well. Not bad for the price.

Handrail is very solid and sturdy, and works well. Assembly of the handrail is fairly easy. Everything is bolted together with an Allan wrench. The only negative is that there were no instructions in how to install the concrete fasteners into the concrete and bolt the handrail into place. I ended up googling or u tubing a video, and used a 3/8 inch masonry drill bit, and took a little longer than expected to install. It would have been better if they had their own u tube video. Overall, the handrail looks good and gives safety to the steps.

Sturdy railing and easy to install. Easier that having to piece together at a local store. Recommend. TVE
