Love it and works very well

Great handrails.1. Extremely sturdy (as I bolted them directly to the stair stringers with 4" lag bolts)2. I was about a half an inch too tall for installation of the bottom post - so I cut a 4" square of decking and used it as a spacer.3. Once you tightened up the hardware after installation - it was as solid as a rock.4. The hardware is kind of obtrusive - I may paint them in the spring with some gloss white.

Very well made follow instructions and they look just like the professionals but not $2000.00 as I was give an estimate for did it my self less that 20mins.

The wrought iron will rust I would prefer alum instead

These are beautiful, sturdy, well made railings. They will last a very long time. Packaging arrived a little damaged, but all parts were intact. My one set of steps are awkward and we had no trouble cutting and rewelding the base on them. Highly recommend them

It was overall very easy to assemble. I wouldn't recommend anymore than 3 risers. Mocking it up as a 4 step handrail causes the "horizontal" portion of the handrail to actually sit at an angle. It was fortunate for me that I only need the handrail to traverse 3 risers. Came with all tools for assembly. You just need the appropriate masonry drill bit and hammer drill for complete the job. Plus a hammer and socket if you intend to use the supplied wedge anchors. I used some 3/8 Tapcon anchor bolts that were a breeze to drive in with an impact driver. Very solid once everything was anchored down and tightened. No experience with long-term durability, but only time will tell with that.

Does the job

This handrail is very heavy duty and sturdy. Im a 50 year old woman and I put it together myself. Just needed help installing it on the concrete steps. Makes my porch look better. I would highly recommend this railing. I will buy another one in the near future for my back steps.

These handrails are beautiful, solid, and heavy. Shipping was surprisingly fast. Assembling them takes about an hour. One set did have five screws missing, but I purchased what I needed at the hardware store. Installation is also easy as long as you are careful with the anchor bolts. Be sure that you have drilled the holes deep enough and that you ensure the locking mechanism is screwed on enough so that when you tighten the bolts they expand and take hold.
