I have used this product before- but in this particular instance- numerous screws were missing- I was against a deadline & it was more convenient to go to Home Depot & purchase the missing items than contact Vevor & go through the return process

This worked perfect as a handrail for the seniors to hold onto going down and coming up to the patio

I ordered these handrails for my 80+ year-old neighbor who fell and broke her wrist a few months ago. She had no handrails on her brick steps and her balance was no longer the best. We found someone to install them for her and she is absolutely delighted with the results. She feels safe now!

This is a really nice railing, but the concrete anchors are junk. So prepare prior to installing in concrete by purchasing decent concrete anchors at a hardware store. Also, unlike the first pair of railings purchased, no washers were shipped with either unit...

Product is sturdy and functional. Instructions could have more info such as drill size for anchors.

The handrail is very well made, very sturdy. It has a thick coat of paint over the metal. We installed on concrete and was easy using a hammer drill. In fact, I ordered one for the other side.

The product arrived with one of the pieces bent, so I contacted the company and they told me to just un-bend it myself so I did that and it resulted in minor scratches. Finished product is sturdy, but it does look a bit clunky - see photos. Also, the part that covers the bolts is flimsy and it looks like it will fall apart soon. I think it is missing the screws to anchor it in place.
