Mr
Great rail. I did have to purchase better concrete bolts that were easier to install than the ones supplied.

Very happy with this handrail. It is beautiful and sturdy. It’s perfect for my elderly family using the steps to my front door

Product was very well made, heavy-duty and strong enough to support a horse! My son installed it. He had to purchase a concrete drill but he’s quite handy and will use that in the future. He and his friend were impressed with the quality of the hand rail.

These railings are very good. I wish the directions had words on them however. I have purchased these several times and have kind of figured out how they work. I'm still left with eight screws at the end for some reason and I don't know what those are for. The directions are only diagrams so I have nothing to refer to. Plus the last two I purchased I had to trim and drill the railings on the side to make them fit. Overall a very good product except for those few items.

We ordered these handrails and had them installed on our front steps of our home. I was very pleased with the quality/durability of the handrails. I have already recommended them to other friends who are looking to upgrade the steps into their homes. The icing on the cake is the reasonable price …Definitely would recommend buying!

Quality railing, installation instructions lacking detail
Railing quality and packing very good. Lags and installation details poor. I used 2 different lags that the nut can be removed after installing to locat railing. I made cardboard templetes to drill, but location off enough that I had to open up some railing holes. Looking back I should have started drilling holes with railing in place after 1st 2 lags in place. Appearance is as good or better than iron railings I had professionally fabricated and installed on other porch.

1-2 step stair railing
These railings came with instructions that were very very difficult to understand. You will need a 10mm masonry drill bit if attaching to concrete. 3/8 inch drill bit will not do. I did not like the way the pickets lined up. The pickets in the middle are angled at an angle and the will not be straight. The curls on the ends are large and will hold water (rain) so in the future there may be eventual rusting. A less prominent curving would allow water to drain. The hand rail on the top is very short. Better instructions and labeling the pieces should be included in the future.

Superior Product-inferior anchors
The railing is beautiful, sturdy, power coated, easily assembled. The issue that we ran into was the anchor bolts that were provided. The anchor bolts looked good, but when we tried to use them; they would not truly adhere to the drilled hole. We originally used a 7/16 Masonary drill bit and although the anchors were snug, they just slipped out when any pressure was applied. We ended up going to Home Depot and getting Redhead sleeve anchors and drilled a bigger hole (1/2”) -maybe other people have better luck with the different types of attachments provided. If you’re going into concrete, just go to the store ahead of time and buy some anchors that will make the banister as secure as it is awesome. Well worth the money!
