Problem with our old, heavy dispenser was that the cutter was dull so the tape would end up all stretched, wrinkled and stuck together. One handed operation was impossible. These cut the tape easily and are stable on the flat surfaces. Wish I had done this years ago.
They have a good weight to them, the tape holder stays in place with no wiggling, and the metal perforater tears tape well. I used this with standard Scotch tape and have had not complaints.
