“This is by far the best drill sharpener I have ever used. I have already sharpened over 100 drill bits and they cut like they did when they were new. It will also split the point so the drill will cut without a pilot hole. It will sharpen 3/32" up to 1/2" and once it is adjusted it only takes seconds to sharpen a drill bit. Of course, the collets that come with it are in metric sizes, but they fit the standard sizes just fine. The instructions say to close the adjustment collar fully clockwise then turn to the left to the appropriate number for the size drill you are sharpening.
