The Olympic trap bar has standard-height handles with 11.6 inches of loadable sleeve length on either side, 56.1 inches in length, and weighs 57.3 lbs. It can hold weights up to 772 lbs, which can load more weight plates. The end camps fit all 2" holes weight plates.
