As a proud big body girl, comfort was my main concern. And surprise—this blanket fits! I mean, length and width, no struggle-burrito situation here. I slide in with room to spare, and for that, VEVOR gets serious points. It’s also simple to use: plug it in, pick your temp (1-6 levels, 95-185℉), set your timer, and let it do its thing. The portability is nice, too, making it easy to store or take along to sneak in some “me time” anywhere. Now, for the heat. On a scale of toasty to sweat waterfall, I’d give it a “lukewarm hug.” Don’t get me wrong—it warms up, but if you’re someone who wants to simmer like Sunday dinner, it might feel underwhelming. I've used this sauna bag three times and it's amazing. It takes about 10 minutes to heat up and then heats as hot as you'd want it. I bought this to warm up my body prior to workouts and it excels in getting me very sweaty in about 10 minutes (after warming it up for 10 minutes). I bought this for $55 - it was priced at $90 with an Amazon coupon. I see now it's listed at over $200. It's a great product and I'm glad I got it for cheaper. The arm holes are clutch. Easy to clean and the sheet it comes with makes cleaning even easier.
