The warning, on the hitch says drive only 45mph with a load on. Is that a max load or any load. I only plan to use it for transporting a 25lb wheelchair. I was wondering if with a lighter load it is capable of a higher speed for the high way say around 65 to 70 mph.

This’ll work for me!
Installed but not use to carry anything yet. Seems sturdy and the sway bracket really snugs things up nicely. Assembly was a breeze! Watch video in the description… very easy. I put this on a 2022 Chewy Equinox and will use it as a dog ramp as well for my Basset hound to get in and out of the hatch without lifting him.

If you have a 2" bumper hitch receiver, this one's for you
This cargo carrier is light, and I use it for my husband's power chair. While folded vertically, it is out of the way and I can still get my van in the garage. It is easy to use, and the folding ramp is super nice because when your carrier is loaded, the ramp folds vertically and doesn't stick up to the sky! My backup camera kinda goes bonkers but tail lights are easily seen. I put a lock by key in the hitch so it cannot be stolen. BTW, I'm 84 yrs young and this is very manageable.

Super light weight - easy to use
I’ve ordered quite a few of these as I work with customers mobility scooters. This specific model was the best condition one, and was the lightest. I wish they would use the spring locks instead of the pins for the gate - but I think you can order those separately. Easy to assemble, install and use!
