It it takes 3000 watts and my generator is watts, wouldnt that be more than enough power?
The power of this machine is 3000w and requires a stable 220v fixed power supply. If it is powered by a generator, it is not recommended to use a generator because the voltage is unstable and may easily cause machine failure.

Can you adjust the temperature of the Hoppers? Ours is showing 45 degrees, and our health department requires it to be 41 degrees or below.
Yes. In standby mode, press and hold the "UP" and "DOWN" keys for 5 seconds, and the SET window will display "PO"--P5. Then press the "DEFROST" key to adjust the window to display the "P4" value {range 1-10, press the "UP" and "DOWN" keys to adjust the value}. The user can adjust it to around 05 degrees. After 10 seconds, do not press any key to exit. The system automatically saves the parameters and returns to standby mode.

What is the overrun percentage? Overrun is the percentage of ice cream that is air incorporated in the product during the freezing process to expand & make more product with less materials. For example, when you make hard ice cream with an overrun of 30% that means that you have expanded the product by 30%. 1 gallon of hard ice cream mix will produce 1.3 gallons of finished hard ice cream mix. A gravity fed pump machine usually has a 25%-35% overrun versus a pressurized machine yields about 65%
The overrun percentage of this kind of ice cream machine is generally around 25%. If you want a higher expansion rate, you have to use an ice cream machine with an expansion pump, which has different configurations and prices.

This is a commercial grade soft serve machine which requires a 20AMP breaker. It takes about 15 minutes from adding mixture (room temp) to start serving. The hopper is refrigerated - big bonus. Despite advertizing a delivery time of a few days the item wasnt even shipped in over two weeks. The events i had wanted to use this machine at had come and gone - disappointing hundreds of kids. Explanations from vevor were total horse pucky- and there is no phone support. I cancelled the order. It took hours of e-mails and weeks to get a refund for an item never shipped.

This machine didn't even last 4 months. We got an unidentified error code on the machine. Vevor could not figure it out so they refunded me 75% of the cost. We were still able to use the.machine however we were not available to get the cold setting passed 4 with out the machine shutting down. Now the electrical motor keeps shutting off.
