AC drainage issues resolved

This is working great for our basement AC unit. I had been emptying a 5 gallon pail 2x a day and still getting water on the concrete floor. This pump just fits inside a 5 gallon pail with enough room to trial and error setting the float with some zip ties where it has room to fill a bit and not get below the stated 6" of water to keep the pump primed. No idea how many times it turns on in a day but it only has to run for a few seconds to pump out the water. Overkill? Maybe, but Vevor had the best price point for a pump with a float and better specs than competitors!

This Thing ROCKS!

I tested it out using a 5 gallon bucket and emptying into my kitchen sink, huge mistake. This thing will move some serious amounts of water and it will do it quickly! I just wanted to make sure it worked and I was not disappointed. So I took it out to my project and it drained 55 gallons of thick grain and water filled barrels in seconds. My only regret was that I didn't buy it sooner. It made short work of my barrels and clean up was a snap. This is the best price on these style pumps that I could find and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. It will move large volumes of debris filled liquid in a hurry. It's built solid and it is not loud. It comes with multi sized fittings and I trust it will function well for my needs for many years. Buy with confidence, this thing ROCKS!

Works great!

Automatic mode works very well in fairly clean water at least. The handle on top is stout and serves well to hang it from a rope as i do dropping it down a 8inch pipe to suck up ground water. Instructiins say you have to tip it to get air out as it meets the water but i dont do that (i cant, it barely fits in pipe) and i have no problem with it priming and automaticalky maintaining ground water level under my pool. Only con i can think of is that the manual /auto switch is on the outside edge of the unit so i have to be careful lowering it so i dont accidentally switch it from auto to manual.

This machine has the done the job of draining my swimming pool water same as the super heavy duty gas operated machine that I usually rent for the piece equal to one day rental value. I love it and recommend it. It cane with a king lower cord and has a sturdy structure.

Very happy with my purchas

This pump is amazing! We used to have ponds that stay few days after the rain, which resulted a huge muddy area (and killed our grass...) After installing this pump (along with french drain - see tons of videos on Youtube about that), the ponds are gone... The pump starts automatically when the basin starts filling and stops when it empties. It is pretty quiet as well. In the pictures you can see the amount of water we had today (this is during Isaias...) and about an hour after the rain stopped - simply amazing... We should have bought this pump years ago...
