Put this in my suuuppperr old Jacuzzi brand tub. It was 1.5hp compared to factory 1hp. No problems. Hookup was easy, the 2nd bump out on the top of the pump contacted my tub so I could only use 2 of the mounting bolts (it prevented me from lining up on the back 2 bolts) but it doesn’t move and still worked out great. So nice when something aftermarket is just a plug and play.

Direct replacement for my LX (Intertek) Model 48WUA1001C-II Pump
Purchased this $25. cheaper, free shipping, directly from VEVOR on that big auction website. They claim it's 1.5 HP. My old LX pump was 1.0 HP. Installation was super easy. Everything fit exactly like the LX pump. So far working ok.

Works like a charm. Strong high quality for the price . I put it under a basic coleman hard shell 4 person spa with an upgraded balboa vs501 series controller. Came pre wired and ready to plug n go. Also came with pvc adapters, o-rings and lock nuts to simplify your plumbing configuration as much as possible. I couldnt be happier

excellent buy it was delivered fast and works great for a homemade hot tub that i built, i had to adapt some plumbing for this replacement pump but it was not a problem, i would have to do that for any replacement pump,the treaded fittings on the pump work great!
