Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises
Während des Transportes war das Hydrauliköl ausgetreten, wodurch der Stempelwagenheber für mich als Laien unbrauchbar geworden war. Zusätzlich fehlte auch noch das in Info zum Artikel angegebene Handbuch, sodass ich nicht mal wusste, wo ich neues Hydrauliköl einfüllen könnte und die dabei entstehende Luft ablassen könnte.Daher kann über Qualität, Merkmale und Bedienung des Artikels nichts aussagen! Nach ausführlichen Chats mit dem Kundenservice (an dieser Stelle nachträglich ein grosses Lob und ein Dankeschön an Frau Ann), konnten wir uns beidseitig mittels der Rückerstattung meines Kaufpreises einigen! Allgemein sieht meine Rezession jetzt vielleicht eher negativ aus, aber nochmals erwähnt, VEVOR verdient seine fünf Sterne !!! angesichts der fairen Abwicklung meiner Beanstandung !! Wie schreibt man so oft in diesen Rezessionen ***Immer wieder gerne***

Meine See/Lagercontainer stehen auf weichem Untergrund und müssen mehrmals im Jahr ausgerichtet werden. Wagenheber,Farmjack .... alles unbrauchbar. Mit diesem Teil geht das Anheben des Containers problemlos. Meiner Empfehlung !
