I received the ordered unit in its original box package that appeared undamaged. But when I opened it and removed the seat from its original plastic bag, it had indelible smudges on it and the leather was separating from the rest of the seat in a fairly large area on the left side. I was understandably disappointed! I would like to have a new seat sent to me to replace the damaged one. Please advise.
