This unit arrived promptly. All the hardware needed to bolt to my trailer is included. The swivel mounting plate has multiple pre drilled holes to accommodate for different size bars. All the hardware is thick stock and seems very durable.the only problem I see is there is no way to secure the crank handle so when the sick is flipped up into the travel position the handle just kinda dangles there. I forsee it arching on a rock or pothole if I take the trailer down any sort of rough road(which I will be doing petty much every time, not only because I bought this to tote my outdoor gear around with me, but also because I loive on a dirt road with no county maintenance). Not a big deal as I can justwrap a bungie chord around it until I figure out something more secure (or rather something I am less likely to loose)
