Size is adequate and quality acceptable for the price. Should have had a lock and didn't. Before you buy, decide if you want your factory installed cargo hold down or this box. You can't have both. So the bolts to my hook went back into the holes and the hook itself is in a plastic bag (for now), and I have a swinging tool/storage box. I will have to figure out how and where to mount a hook for that corner.

This small box fits out of the way and keeps all my straps and tie downs nice and dry. It is small enough to put lots of stuff but it also it doesn’t take away space in my truck bed.
