Works great in my camper, although there's a little bit of a learning curve with the pressure of the water and heat.really no big deal, it works as it I s suppose to. I think my pump is rated a little different than the tankless system itself. I did have to connect it to a separate DC battery, as it will not work hooked up to your DC system iIF YOUR DC SYSTEM IS HOOKED UP TO AN AC CONVERTER. you have disconnect it from the AC converter if you want it to work, or just hard wire directly to battery. I just bought another one and fastened it down near the unit, and put a maintainer on it.
I was a little concerned about Customer service.... but they did come through and helped with what they could , they even sent me a new controller, even though I didn't need it. Pretty cool I got something for back up just in case. You just have to be a little patient with Customer service but it does work.
So I would recommend this product. Loving the long hot showers!
