Arrived undamaged and when installed worked perfectly. Heats water pretty quickly and I am able to take a quick shower -- which was the plan. I am in the middle of a renovation and have plans to install a tankless water heater to replace the old 40 gallon low boy that currently takes up space under the counter in the kitchen. In order to do that I need to upgrade the electrical system to 200 amps. I didn't realize how costly the power upgrade would be so I am saving up. In the meantime the old 40 gallon sprung a leak (of course, right? haha). Well, I didn't want to buy another 40 gallon hot water heater and spend all kinds of money on that for the short term. I live alone, so this was a perfect solution. My only complaint would be that, considering that they recommend draining the unit frequently to rid it of sediment, that they have a drain valve at the bottom. In the instructions they instruct you to disconnect the unit from the water lines, tip upside down, drain, reconnect, etc. etc. That's a pretty mundane monthly (per instructions) chore considering when full it weighs 100 pounds when full of water. Not to mention, that the unit requires a blow off valve be installed just like a full size hot water heater. That's my only suggestion though. The price point was perfect and the unit works great. Easiest water heater install I've ever done. Basically plug and play. Very happy with this decision. I installed this for my office.and shop and the capacity more than meets my needs.

Perfect product for my application

I installed this on the hot water line n a bathroom some distance from the main water heater. It creates instantly hot water for the shower, tub and sinks. It works very well and was easy to install.

Bought to use in our camper but unfortunately it's too large to fit where I needed it to. It came quickly and undamaged. The cost was very nice on the wallet!

I purchased this for our cabin. We have electric and water on the property. I hooked this up with pex crimp fittings and cold and hot shark bite shutoff valves. These valves aid me in removing the tank to drain it in the winter. We have one sink and one shower, this H/W heater took 18 min to heat up to 122 deg from 58 deg water. Blending the hot and cold water in the shower gives nice warm water for what seemed to be eternity. The only thing I had to do was chase the hot water threads with a 1/2-14 not die to clan the threads, I couldn’t thread on the fitting. The cold side was perfect and needed no attention. I love it and would Oder it again.

installation was easy. Not very high wattage consumption but heats well for small volume of hot water at a time. Adjustable temperature. Recommended.
