These look like they will do the job.
VEVOR Wheel Spacers, 1\" Thick 5x4.5 Wheel Adapters, 5 Lug Forged Spacer, 82.5 mm Bore Hubcentric 1/2\"-20 Studs Spacers, Fit for 1984-2013 Jeep and Ford, 4 PCS Black. These are heavy-duty, well made spacers. They have a small installation booklet included, but installing is pretty simple if you can remove and install a wheel on your vehicle. Otherwise, have a mechanic do it. Get your tires rotated while you are at it. Use the supplied lug nuts to bolt the spacers onto your existing hub studs. Then re-install your wheel using the original lug nuts for the vehicle, onto the spacer studs. Check torque specs. Re-check torque after 24 hours after driving the vehicle. I like them!
