The R value is approximately between 0.2-0.5m²・K/W.
The thermal resistance value varies depending on factors such as the density of the pearl cotton, the quality of the aluminum coating, the temperature and humidity of the use environment, etc. Higher density pearl cotton usually has better thermal insulation performance and the R value may be relatively high.
